Conference and Event Services is excited to announce the brand new Event Planning Toolkit! We encourage staff, faculty and students to use the Event Planning Toolkit as a resource for planning your next conference, event or meeting.
Conference and Event Services is here to make the process of planning your event as easy as possible. Events can include space reservation, catering, signage, parking, and so much more. Below is a list of steps you can use as a guide when thinking about your event. Our office is here to guide you through this list and address any other aspects of your event that may not be listed here.

Princeton Catering provides full service catering for any on-campus events. Restaurant Associates is based out of Prospect House and offers services at Prospect and Palmer House. Princeton University allows external caterers provided our office maintains a copy of the caterer's insurance on record.

Many spaces on campus will require extra equipment brought in for registration tables, catering, and specific set-ups. This form allows you to order any equipment you need. This form also allows you request specific set-ups and cleaning services.

Instructional Support Services provides support for most campus facilities. They provide media equipment for rent and training on how to use classroom A/V capability. Many lecture halls have wireless microphones, contact ISS to make these microphones available for your event.

Fill out the Public Safety Lock/Unlock form to have your reserved space unlocked/locked at a certain time. You may also have to contact the Building Access Office at [email protected] for access to certain buildings.

The Control Center can be contacted at [email protected] to have your event heated or cooled to a comfortable temperature for your event.

Fill out the Event Parking Request form to receive the appropriate directions for parking at your event. Transportation and Parking Services provides specific parking instruction based on the needs of your event. Visitor parking is available at Lot 21 and Lot 23.

Arrange for a Public Safety Officer on site
Events that expect a large number of people, serving alcohol with minors in attendance, or potential of protesters are required to hire a Public Safety officer to be present for the duration of the event. The Events Registration form is used to notify Public Safety of more details about the event and to hire an officer.
Simulcasting
The Video Production Support team can provide simulcasting capability for your event.
Printed Materials
Print and Mail Services is an internal resource that can assist with printing programs, posters, and other event resources.
