How Can We Help?
CES is just one resource for recognized student organizations planning a conference or event on campus. Undergraduate and graduate student organizations must first register their conference or event with the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students or the Office of Student Life, in the Graduate School respectively. Students do not need prior approval to reserve rooms for meetings or tables for tabling through University Scheduling.
What we offer:
-
Consultation
-
A dedicated CES staff member to partner with your department to consult on and oversee your conference or event.
There are no charges for the consulting services of a CES staff member. We will work with you on the selection of the best space for your event, connect you with the right contacts in departments such as Facilities, Transportation and Parking and Campus Dining among others and provide additional resources where available.
-
-
Consultation to select and/or reserve an appropriate campus location for an event.
