Private Events

Princeton University alumni, faculty or full-time staff who wish to host a private party such as a wedding reception or any other social event may have access to certain University facilities in accordance with the Princeton University publication Rights Rules and Responsibilities.  All such private parties are held at either Prospect House or Palmer House. 

Faculty, staff and alumni may not host events using campus facilities for businesses or organizations. This includes fundraisers and board meetings.

Note: Official alumni events are arranged through the Alumni Council.

Faculty, staff and alumni are advised to contact the catering manager directly at either Prospect House or Palmer House to plan a private party.
