External clients must meet Princeton University sponsorship requirements to utilize space on campus for programs and events. These include securing formal sponsorship from an academic or administrative department at Princeton, having and maintaining a 501 (c) (3) non-profit status, providing proof of general liability insurance, and the event must fit into the academic mission of Princeton University.

If you meet these requirements, your sponsor must submit a Conference & Event Services consultation request via the EMS scheduling system. Once received, Conference and Event Services will be in touch about the next steps in the planning process.
