As per our Visitor Policy, Princeton University is currently only able to work with external organizations who are sponsored by a Princeton University academic or administrative department. University departments wishing to sponsor an external group on campus should contact the CES team for more information.
Princeton University welcomes space reservation of external clients. Requirements for external use include the client having and maintaining a 501-c3 non-profit status, and the event fitting into the academic mission of Princeton University. Space on campus is great for conferences, meetings, and receptions.
To send a proposal to host your event at Princeton University, please click Inquire in the menu to the right. Your inquiry form will be reviewed by our Conference and Event Services team. Please be aware that it may take up to a week for a staff member to respond to your request.
If approved to host your event on campus, the Conference and Event Services office will work to plan each part of your event. Our services include space reservation, catering options, parking and transportation, and any other logistical concerns. Feel free to contact our office with specific questions.
